Unica nota negativa gli ambienti esterni al palazzo Palazzo fatiscente Pianererrolo con moquette puzzolente e sporca Stradina che porta al portone di accesso del palazzo piena di escrementi di piccione Ovviamente questo non dipende dal padrone dell'appartamento che si è rivelato sempre disponibile e molto attento a far stare bene i suoi ospiti All'arrivo ci ha fatto trovate acqua sia fresca che temperatura ambiente, cialde del caffe, ghiaccio e gelato nel freezer.
