It was right next to a park, which we were always keeping track of the daily activities: people walking their dogs, kid's karate classes, bicyclists, skateboarders in their own ramp area, people exercising - a very nice park. We also overlooked the ocean, about a quarter mile away. There were many activities along the wide beachfront also. The door attendents were friendly and helpful too. There were small bodegas nearby where you could get basic supplies, but you need an Uber or taxi to get to a supermarket for more variety. The apartment was laid out well and well stocked with utensils, except it didn't have the US version of a coffee maker (like a Mr. Coffee), but we adapted.
