Terrible experiencia

Nuestra estancia en el hotel fue muy mala, la habitación olía a humedad, las sabanas, almohadas y colchón también olían a humedad, muy desagradable. No tenían calefacción. No hicieron la limpieza de nuestro cuarto, porque la persona no alcanzó, nuestra regadera tenía fugas por todos lados y se mojó todo el baño, lo arreglaron pero después ya no salió agua caliente asi que nos pidieron bañarnos en otra habitación. Solo se veía un canal en la televisión. No volvería ni recomendaría hospedarse aquí. Hay mejores opciones en la zona y a mejores precios.

Buena experiencia

Buena ubicación, personal muy amable, llegué 30 min antes del chequeo y me dieron la habitación sin problema, estaba todo muy limpio y ordenado, fácil para aparcar, el desayuno buffet era bueno pero se demoran al momento de reponer lo que se va acabando y eso te retrasa, sería ideal q mejoren en eso. Volvería a hospedarme ahí.

Hotel bien ubicado, habitaciones pequeñas y sin armarios cerrados,desayuno suficiente, zonas comunes(pasillos, escaleras...) desproporcionados respecto al tamaño de las habitaciones ¿porque no quitaron un poco de espacio a esas zonas y lo añadieron a las habitaciones...? Great value in the heart of Mirafores

Had a midnight flight out of Lima and didn’t want to pay for another night in a more expensive hotel up the street. People have to realize what they pay for accommodations. Was it clean- 8/10 bed had some stains on the top sheet but not a problem if you go under the covers. Safety- 9/10 great area and you’ll have to pass the front desk to get to rooms. Value- 10/10 rooms were loud because we had to open the windows for ventilation but noise doesn’t bother us. We also had a brand new renovated room. Great new bathroom and shower.
