Great spot close to everything

Amazing location, very friendly staff! Served breakfast via room service every morning, something I’ve not experienced. Was a fantastic experience.

Poor service at the Miraflores City Hotel

The hotel had advertised a hot tub, however, this was not in use. The hotel also stated that breakfast was included, this was to be served in your room as the restaurant was not in use. The breakfast consisted of three small pieces of toast (one and a half slices of bread), a little butter and jam, coffee and juice. Hardly a breakfast in my opinion. I requested an extra key card but this was refused, this meant that staff had operate the lift for me and that my wife had to get up and answer the door anytime I returned to the room. I requested that I might leave my case for two nights whilst I was in Cienguilla, I was informed that there was a charge for this, the final insult was when checking out and the staff stated could I wait while my room was checked (for what I ask, there were no provisions in the room other than soap and shower gel which were priced individually). Needless to say I cancelled my upcoming four night stay at the hotel and booked at another local hotel.
