It is clean and basic. We felt safe in this complex/area. The shore is couple of blocks away and is spectacular. However. I didn’t know they didn’t use AC in many Peruvian homes. Next time we are staying at a hotel that does. It was quite warm plus the sun would set right in front of our windows. We had to keep the windows wide open which made the car noise of the busy street below quite loud.
