"Friendly staff, very accommodating. Great view from the restaurant, great cocktail and good breakfasts. Rooms were lovely and large, albeit a bit dated but very clean. This is the only hotel I’ve stayed at though that hasn’t provided complimentary water in the rooms however"

"Staff very friendly, helpful and attentive. Breakfast is a fantastic buffet that leaves nothing left out. Very, very clean. Comfortable and quiet rooms. The only small negative is there were very few plugs or outlets in the rooms. But I wouldn’t let that deter me. If you want to stay in Miraflores, would highly recommend."

"The hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly. The food at the restaurant was very good and there were also a lot of variety for breakfast. Really enjoyed my stay. It was also about 30 minutes from the main attraction and activities. The hotel was close to the airport as well."
