The hotel is in very poor shape, mold in the bathrooms, stains all over the rugs, wall are dirty. mirrors are pilling off the back of it. Horrible hotel.

EL hotel es antiguo y con poca mantención. El baño es antiguo y con partes oxidadas. La alfombra del dormitorio sucia y la ropa de cama tambien. Los desayunos con minima variedad de elementos. No vale el valor que cobran.

Safe, clean and comfortable.

The property is well located, across the Plaza San Miguel. It is clean, it offers a good environment and safety. The room is very comfortable, feather pillows and plenty of covers.

Small rooms for the money

The rooms were extremely small, they did accommodated me to a larger room but was still tiny for the money I paid for. Location was great, service was great, elevator was very small. Bar was not fully supply, ran out of the drinks we were having.

No air conditioning! Only nice thing about this hotel was the bedroom. And no hot water in the shower, couldn't even shower properly, felt like bathing in a waterfall in Antarctica.

En realidad bastante bien lo único que no me parece es que cuando hice el check out le solicite al salonero de el restaurante dos trozos de hielo por que soy diabetico para guardar la insulina y me cobro 5 soles. despues de una estadia de 6 dias de verdad me parece inaudito.

next leg of our trip

It was a great stay up until when we left I forgot my wallet on the table and checked with the hotel shortly after and of course they said they couldn't find it. Luckily I got my credit cards etc cancelled immediately after. Really was an inconvenience to have to do that

Hotel para emergencias

O Hotel serve para emergências. É extremamente barulhento, a internet no quarto somente funciona a cabo (fiquei sem net no ipad e no iphone). O quarto não é nada demais, mas fora o barulho, dá pra quebrar um galho. O restaurante é simples, mas com uma comida bem feita. O café da manhã é muuito simples e deixa um pouco a desejar, pelo preço da diária. O staff do hotel é super atencioso e prestativo.

Good Hotel in San Miguel--Don't Expect Silence!

Good Hotel located conveniently next to Plaza San Miguel, PUCP, and about 20 min from the airport. Lima is a loud city no matter where you are and the hotel is no exception. Don't forget you are traveling in a loud, noisy city and for aome reason you over-expect sumptuous resort-style living--you won't get that. But you will get a good hotel with ok breakfast and one really good receptionist among the other 2 really bored receptionists who will hook you up in a heartbeat if you need it!
