Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Very good location in central Lima.
Fading grandeur ? Leant on bar takings. Breakfast terrible.
The hotel location to the plaza is excellent. Only complaint is that the faucet head to the shower was broken and the water came out in a jet engine stream. Even after we told the staff about the problem, it was not fixed on the following day. Elevator was broken on one day, but lucky not the day we had to leave with the luggage. (We were on the 5th floor.) Staff was helpful getting us a taxi.
Terrible breakfest and no Wi-Fi in rooms. Will not recommend.

Excellent location in centre of Lima
Great location, high standard of room, great friendly staff but slightly let down by breakfast on first morning being appalling. Got a bit better on second morning
No hot water, very poor breakfast, unhelpful staff. This was once a grand hotel but has fallen on hard times. A ghost hotel with skeleton staff. The location is excellent near the Plaza Mayor, which is reflected in the price. However it failed to meet even the most basic standards.

Hotel close to downtown.
No very good stay. We didn'r get water on the bathroom'sink I reported it but never fix it.
I saw a cocrach in the bathroom. The room wasn't really clean . The staff wasn't gentle.
The location was great! It was a block from the main square. However, the beds were very hard and the pillows were not comfortable. Most of the hotel staff was very nice. The bar was convenient. The rooms could be cleaned better. It states it is a non-smoking room, but it smells like smoke. It was one of the better hotels in the area and had amazing historical qualities. The cable did not work and wi-fi was hit-or-miss.
