Used to be the best hotel in town but service is deteriorating systematically. No maintenance to plumbing in the bathroom. No hot water most of the time. Housekeeping not consistent. If they continue this way I won’t stay there again.

Very quiet, rooms spacious and comfortable. The food is good, though expensive. One very small point: putting the room service menu on a TV channel is a bad idea, as it doesn't always work!

This hotel would otherwise compare favorably with other so called 5 star hotels in the third world but I simply cannot overlook the extremely poor or rather non existent internet service. The gym also leaves a lot to be desired. Everything else was in very good taste
