Very clean and had everything you needed particularly in the kitchen. The instant heating as well as the fire place where appreciated in the cold weather. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms spacious. The downstairs area with pool table and extra bathroom next to the bedrooms was great for the kids. Plenty of off street parking and just a short walk to a lovely cafe near the beach front. The modular lounge was a little uncomfortable however it was big enough to seat quite a few people.
