The staff were very obliging and just what I would expect of this standard of hotel. Location excellent near the centre of the city and easy to find by car. Very close to railway station. Earlier in trip also at Ibis Gent. Very good value for money for those on a limited budget.

Very basic hotel, Good enough for the price, although looking at the price list this place can be very expensive sometimes. Parking is €18 per night so be mindful when booking to add this into the cost

Rooms are very small and air conditioning didn’t work properly. Staff lovely and helpful but directly outside hotel was quite rough

Good centralize hotel to stay

Hotel is in a great location for easy access into Lille centre, area feels safe too. Car parking is on site but be aware spaces are very tight. Reception staff were superb, very helpful, rooms are pretty basic and small but nice and clean. It’s a shame no tea or coffee making facilities are provided in the rooms but there is coffee available in reception. Overall it’s good value and I would stay there again

Location of the hotel to the train station was very good. About 10 mins walk. Plug sockets in the room are very limited. We had 2 in our room. Both situated by the window and not near the mirror which makes styling hair very difficult. We did enjoy the buffet style breakfast.

Very enjoyable weekend. Although I've visited Lille many times I found a couple of different streets with lovely restaurants and nightlife. This hotel is located conveniently for town centre.

Location good. But there’s better in Lille.
I was in Lille for a football match. I stayed at the Ibis for two nights. Check In was efficient and polite. Except I looked up to see rooms priced at €109 per night yet I was paying €160.50 per night thru’ hotels.com. Frustrating. Still, the location was good. And that’s it. The rest isn’t so good. The room was very small. Ok, I suppose, as it’s a city centre location, next to Flandres station and 5 mins from EuraLille station. The elevators were cheap! Card required but seemed to have a 10 second think before moving. There is a small bar in the lobby. Pleasant staff. There was no safe in the room that I saw. No mini bar or amenities. A small wardrobe area in the corner, handy for overnight stuff. Just a liquid soap that is for everything hanging in the shower. That is the shower that had a blocked drain. The tray filled up so I had to shower as quick as possible before it tipped over the lip of the tray. The hair dryer was not very good either. Breakfast was very basic. Bread, jam and eggs you could boil if you wanted to. Atrocious toaster. It was a Kitchen Maid, too. Coffee from the machine was good. Banana and other fruit provided. But no hot food. Very basic. As I said, location was good. The question I always ask myself - would I stay again? The answer is No. Sorry. There were better and cheaper hotels nearby that my friends stayed in. It did the job, though, it was just poor quality and expensive for what it was.

Great.location 10 min from eurostar 10 min from old Lille. Small rooms but clean and adequate and quiet. Room smelt slightly of smoke even though it was no smoking

Very comfortable room in great location right in the centre of two with quick access to the main railway station. Staff were very friendly and helpful and good food in the kitchen.

We arrived late about 22.30 and got our key to our room on the 1st floor. My partner walked in first and the room was a complete mess. Bed had been slept in. Rubbish and towels on the floor and a smell. It hadnt been cleaned. My partner went downstairs to tell them, I stayed with the bags as I am pregnant and was tired and waited for him to return. They gave us a new room right by the elevator which was incredibly noisy and you could hear people coming past and hear people in their rooms. New room was clean. Towels were very thin and no hand towels. No soap in the bathroom or bags in the bathroom bin. Very average. However it was close to the centre and the winter market so we just walked everywhere which was a positive.
