(813 reviews) We couldn't watch TV because we couldn't figure out how to get it to work and there was no remote. I called to let the front desk know and she was willing to switch our room but after driving 8 hours or more all day we did not want to switch rooms and thought we could watch the TV without the remote but it doesn't appear to be working that way. Very disappointed because I like to have the TV before I go to bed for the night.
