I booked this place because of the waterpark, and it wasn’t included in the package. It cost us an additional $25pp per day to use the water park, of which if we downloaded the app and signed up for their WOW program could get the tickets for ~$19 instead. Super disappointed with that. Upon check-in I was offered breakfast on site (there’s no restaurants available on site), and part of that “free breakfast” came with the condition of a 90 minute property tour that then gave us a choice of rewards. That rubbed me the wrong way, and I ended up going to the grocery store (5 minutes up the road) and made food ourselves for a fraction of the cost of what they’re selling food for at their on-site market. It cost us ~$50 for waffles and syrup and a single flatbread pizza at their market. When we first arrived to our building, the floor smelled like weed and the second night we were there a new family checked in and the kids were screaming and yelling until about 11:30pm and the walls are thin. Overall the place is clean and well kept, but obviously priced and structured to be competitive to the Disney resort models, and you’ll save a few hundred bucks if you go this “value” direction, but do your own research before committing to anything at this place.
