On one level (with a few internal steps): a living room with a kitchen and a living room with lounge, a bedroom with a 160X200 bed, a bedroom with two 90X200 beds, a bathroom and a separate toilet. Easy and free parking on the street and in the garage for a small car. In the city center of Liffré, a pleasant town in the north-east of Rennes, this house offers two comfortable semi-detached rentals ideally located close to services and shops, just 2.7 km from the A84 (Rennes-Caen motorway) and 800 m from the Moulin pond, a place for fishing and relaxation, with a walk on part of the site equipped with picnic tables and fishing pontoons. Single storey cottage in the heart of the village 15 km from Rennes
