It was clean and presented as seen on the images, however it was missing a few key elements to make the stay perfect.We were travelling as two families _ 9 people in total. The accomodation advertised that it was suitable for 9 however the kitchen / amenities were not really set up for 9 people. "This is really a fantastic place to stay. Spotless, luxurious (the outdoor bath is amazing), beautiful setting and close to town. The kids loved it too - they immediately ran out to play with the chickens and look for wildlife. Our only regret is not staying longer."

"This is a lovely property in a nice rural setting. There were a few small problems: there were a lot of ants in the kitchen which we sprayed and got rid of not sure they will stay away. There is a possum living in the roof who was seen going in and out near the patio area. He is really cute but we could smell him up stairs on the hot days, so he may do damage to the ceiling if not relocated. Also the dishwasher wasn't cleaning the dishes but we gave it a good clean and it was fine after that. We...

"This is a beautiful cottage in a quiet location that was perfect for our family group visiting Launceston for a week. We had space for our hire car in the driveway and getting around from this location was very easy. The cottage has a great living area and kitchen, just what we needed for family relaxation time. And four great bedrooms and two bathrooms. Enough for everyone. Great stay. Would highly recommend and would use this property again."

"Our stay in the ‘Heritage cottage’ was exactly as described—quaint, cozy, and full of charm. The woodfire heater made it extra snug, and the setting was absolutely beautiful with rolling views and friendly alpacas, sheep, and chickens just outside. The welcome breakfast pack was a thoughtful touch, with fresh locally sourced bread, milk, juice, eggs, and bacon. The kitchen was fully equipped, and having basic condiments already stocked made things super easy. The three farm dogs were an unexpected delight—welcoming us warmly and happily joining us on our walks. Communication with the hosts was quick and easy, and everything felt well-organized and relaxed. We only wish we could’ve stayed longer… and we definitely plan to come back. "
