My husband diligently cleaned the shower drain, removing about half a pound of fluff. (Where is the management here? Why don't they check the rooms?!) We went to bed without a shower (because we had no dry and clean towels left) at 1:30 am., and at 6:30 a.m., we were woken by the crew working on the hotel expansion (6:30 a.m.!!!).
