This is an excellent hotel. The rooms, staff and amenities are all First Rate. And the view from our room overlooking the Zoo was unbelievable. Who wakes up with Kangaroos running around just outside their window?
Our only caution is it is a bit remote, far from public transit and walking through the pitch black Tiergarten at night is not an option.

"Very nice and clean, no noise either. Only issue is the lift in the building was strange and bit tricky to navigate. Other then that, no real complaints, slept well and very much enjoyed our stay."

It’s a short walk to the main train station where it is very easy to get anywhere else you’d like to go (get the travel pass, you’ll use it a lot). "Minimal staff but good. Zaira in the front desk was courteous, professional, and very helpful to a travel-weary guest. Very close to the train station, and that was a boon. Would appreciate a couple more amenities in the bathroom. Recommend this place and will certainly stay there again."
