"The beds in this rooms were rock hard. When we had a problem in our room we were told there was staff that would be available and when we went to get them they were so rude and not helpful and basically told us to go away. The beaches are nice and they have a beautiful playground for kids and some other staff were very nice"

"Great welcome and a helpful staff at reception Didn't get his name but he had dark curly hair. Hotel was in an excellent location easy walking distance of all amenities, restaurants and bars etc. Ther was not a hospitality tray in the room and no kettle which was disappointing. The hotel and room were very clean and the breakfast was adequate. The bedroom was clean and the bed comfy. A safe was provided and a fridge but water and soft drinks were chargeable. Overall we would recommend for a shorts table. We were there for 2 nights before a cruise which we thought was enough time to explore Ravenne. Would stop at this hotel again if in Ravenna."
