"As soon as we arrived we were disappointed. The door was locked and we had to wait with our luggage all day until 4 pm. No one in site. The room was good. We rented a car and had to park it outside up the road leading in to St Emilion. Breakfast basic . The owner said we could only come to eat at 9 am ... We overstayed our time in St Emillion...5 nights. I would recommend no more than 2.."

"Fantastic long weekend in Saint Emilion! Our host Michel was wonderful, super helpful and friendly throughout our stay at 537. Very communicative offering lots of advice on the local area and any questions we had were answered quickly and clearly. We were celebrating our anniversary and he could not have done more for us to make it feel special. The room was perfect. Spacious, modern and amazing bath! "Dominique and Laura are wonderful hosts. We travel extensively, and this was one of our favorite places to stay! The location is peaceful and serene. The hosts are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a highlight of the stay . . . delicious and homemade. The home is about 15 minutes from Saint Emilion and near several wineries. I highly recommend staying with Dominique and Laura!"
