"Great location for all of the Hollywood attractions. Convenient walk to a lot of restaurants and entertainment. Parking was expensive and the only in-and-out option was to valet. Valet is expensive, but they do a really good job having your car ready to go when you need it."

"Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. My flight was delayed so I checked in late, and nobody came to the front desk for 20 minutes. I finally fell asleep at 6am (this hotel is EXTREMELY loud and impossible to rest in) and the front desk CALLS MY ROOM at 8am asking me if I want a car???? What?? I finally fall back asleep and 1 hour later a staff member rang the doorbell to my room because he wanted to “see if it was occupied”. Unacceptable. I got no rest, no peace, I was bothered by staff the entire time, and the hotel is SO. LOUD. 0/10 do not recommend "
