Overlooking the majestic lake landscape, this house – recently and tastefully renovated to modern standards – offers generous spaces and large sliding pocket windows in every room. These fully opening glass panels retract into the walls to blend the indoor and outdoor spaces, removing any visual barriers in both summer and winter.

As soon as you enter, the high-end contemporary kitchen, featuring a central island and fully equipped, opens onto a vast 46m² dining and living area with designer furniture, a smart TV and high-speed internet – ideal for socialising. The five large pocket-door windows in the living area slide away to open onto two terraces: on the lake side, onto a magnificent 26m² balcony-terrace; and on the pine forest side, onto another 75m² terrace featuring a complete outdoor lounge set in solid teak and a large dining table suitable for a large family. You’ll be charmed by the spaciousness and the floor-to-ceiling windows offering views of the incredible natural diversity of the Salagou and Mourèze area.

The highlight is the vast 78m² roof terrace, featuring a pergola, a dining table, an outdoor seating area and a fully equipped, enclosed contemporary summer kitchen. The view of the lake from here is sublime.

All the bedrooms have sliding-door windows offering exceptional views of the lake.

A fourth master bedroom, with a view of the lake, is situated on the ground floor with direct access to a magnificent bathroom and a 26 m² balcony.

The shops in Clermont-l’Hérault are a 12-minute drive away. Visit the weekly market in Lodève on Saturday mornings and the one in Clermont-l’Hérault (one of the oldest markets in France) on Wednesday mornings.
