They advertise “Free WiFi” every where but it was difficult to join and didn’t even work. We ended up using our cell service our entire stay and unfortunately it’s no different at the Kunming location either. Otherwise, the hotel was great! The location felt safe, clean, and very close to a subway entrance. There’s lots of food vendors and markets just barely a 10 minute walk away so there’s plenty to do just walking distance from the front door. The rooms were also clean and very high tech which we thought was cool. The auto-flipping toilet was a tad annoying but really no big deal. Definitely take advantage of the breakfast buffet. Besides the fruit everything was fabulous and well made, especially the bowl of noodles you can get at the counter. Highly recommend. Finally, a huge shout out to all the staff in that location who were so patient with us when we asked a billion questions everyday."
