Located in new Chinese area, but adjacent to Potala Palace. Hotel is in good condition. But prices are very high (think Hong Kong levels) but with service standards far below. Very few staff in hotel, and very few can speak even basic English. Horizon Club very poor value. One staff person only. Cannot speak any English. Very basic food offering. St Regis might be a better option?
