"I think some thought went into the design of the hotel but the day-to-day operation lets it down completely. Front door doesn’t lock properly, looks like was forced open. Air conditioning doesn’t work, sink leaks and drains onto the floor. No soap in shower. Drapes so close to sink that they get wet every time. Dead insects in drapes and windows. Some parts on room construction unfinished while other finished bits are falling apart."

"Fantastic art deco property with a very warm welcome. Very generous breakfast."

"Incredibly nice owner. Very helpfull. The location is wonderful, as is the view over Clermont-Ferrand. Me and my daughters very very pleased with our stay!"
