Poppy's Footprint is a single-storey property featuring a double bedroom with an en-suite wet room, including a walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC. The open-plan living space includes a kitchen, dining area, and sitting area. Heating is electric central, and appliances include an electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge, and dishwasher. There is a TV and WiFi for entertainment. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed garden terrace with bistro table and chairs, and also a patio with dining furniture, and private off-road parking for 1 car. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop, four pubs, tearoom/bistro and fish and chip shop 0.1 mile, lake 1.2 miles, river 1.5 miles. A romantic getaway awaits at Poppy's Footprint. Note: Shared use of freezer and orchard garden.
