You can enjoy an abundance of scenic walks and stunning countryside views from your doorstep. Travelling further afield, the country views from the Wensleydale landscape aren’t to be missed and can be enjoyed from the area’s many walking routes. Charming Dales villages, including Hawes, West Burton and Askrigg, are only a short drive away. With the choice to explore or relax, you will find it easy to switch off from your hectic lifestyle.

Enter the cottage via the front door into the welcoming open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The kitchen area is well-equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and coffee machine, and the utility room houses a washing machine and hanging space for coats. The elegant dining area has seating for everyone, perfect for celebrating that special occasion, or a quiet breakfast together. The well-designed luxury lounge area has plenty of comfy seating, making it an ideal spot for relaxing with a quiet book, or cosying up in front of the wood burner and catching up with friends over a coffee, or to watch a movie on the TV. Up the cottage stairs to the first floor you will find the two luxury bedrooms. The master double bedroom and double bedroom are well-designed including period features, with amazing views of the Yorkshire Dales from the large bedroom windows. Completing the property is the shower room which has the definite lighting wow factor, with shower and WC.

Outside is an enclosed rear garden with garden furniture, making it perfect for dining alfresco. The views from the back garden are stunning and being south facing the garden is the ideal spot to relax and unwind, celebrate a special occasion, or simply enjoy the view after a day exploring the Dales. There is roadside parking opposite the property, subject to availability. Parking available in village.
