They charged me on top of the I had already paid! Said I was smoking in the room, when me or my kids don’t smoke. Room was dirty, no toilet paper.I could have had a at better hotel for that kind of money!

the Pictures were deceiving, the roof of the room has some stuff like webs hanging, i asked to be moved to another room, a little better but still had those. The rooms had terrible yellow color which made it look even dirtier. Staff persons were both friendly and good. The property was good in good location, just that the rooms felt really dingy.

I have stayed at many hotels/motels over the years. I found it uncomfortable to put my arms & hands on the blanket that was on the bed. I suggested to management to go with the 3 sheets (putting the fitted bottom sheet on, then the top sheet, then the blanket, and finally another sheet between the blanket an the middle sheet). He said that was not possible, as it did not follow standard policy of the hotel chain. I personally felt it was against their rules to use more than two sheets per bed.

Very clean inside and out. They are working on updating their breakfast bar. There was plenty offered for the breakfast: bagels, honey buns, cereal, waffles, coffee and juice.

The bedspread was very stained and tired , however the bedding was clean. The chair in the room was very dirty and stained . The vinyl flooring was lifting up and needs replacing. Tv , fridge and microwave all worked great . Bathroom was newer and great shower .

Great stay for low price
For the price of this room I was pleasantly surprised! The outside is a little dated but the room was very clean. Bed was comfortable, large mini fridge and the staff were very friendly.

Road trip layover
We booked it for a layover from Florida heading to Michigan. Room was very comfortable, bed comfy we sleep like a baby. However we took showers in the morning and the towels were so skimpy and felt like Sand Paper.. Waffles stuck to the griddle because the didn't use a spray on the griddle.. But we will use them again in the Future.

My wife I have stayed at this property several times in our travels between Michigan and Florida and always enjoyed it. The room was clean, the breakfast plentiful and excellent. We have stayed there for 3 years...things have changed dramatically. The room had a musty odor, there was no remote for the TV ( the owner told me that it was on order ) the breakfasy was limited to cold cereal, waffles and a small honey bun. The coffee was from a cheap insta brew ( there was no coffee maker in the room ) the orange juice had a brownish tinge ( I tried a sip and it tasted terrible) I dont usually leave a bad review, but if I can save some other weary traveler the trouble , it is worth it. My wife and I will not be back!!

Lesson Learned
Chose for the cheaper price as I just needed a place to sleep overnight. Everything was old, run down and just nasty. Loud noises including dog barking all night long from people in and out in the halls. Pretty positive my sheets were not changed prior as there was significant hair all over. Was too tired to address it, but I didn’t get sleep anyway, so it just not wasn’t a good experience at all.
