Great accommodations!
The property was perfect for the 6 of us guys to get away for a bourbon touring weekend. The house was located conveniently for a quick drive to a number of distilleries. It was a super comfy place to hang out in the evening after touring. The owner was super accommodating, made sure we had everything we needed to have a relaxing visit. Clean and comfy house, exactly what we needed.

Perfect for any kind of gathering
We are from the Lexington/Louisville area and wanted a place to feel away from everything but not too far away for a bachelor party. This location was IDEAL. Private, fun, and everything you could possibly need. Shannon gave me a tour of the entire place and checked in to make sure we were all set throughout. Highly recommend staying here for any sort of occasion, especially if you are visiting and want stay on a piece of beautiful KY country, and still having plenty of stuff to do nearby.

Shannon was wondeful to work with, and the property is such a great vacation place. The pool, the proximity to bourbon and golf, and the owner is fantastic. High recommend. Worth every penny. We will be back.

Family Memories
Our family had an enjoyable stay where we made lots of memories. The Host was very helpful with house tips and area information. They even added a personal touch with a welcome basket upon our arrival. The amenities from the pool to house set up was a 10 star rating. The bedrooms were all spacious and downstairs gave us enough room where we were not on top of each other. I recommend to anyone who loves the outdoor because this property is amazing!

We had a wonderful time. We came from 3 areas of Kentucky to get together. The teens lived in the pool. My daughters loved the many sitting areas and we all enjoyed the beautiful surroundings. Pisgah Half Mare-thon race weekend
Raven Fox farm is an outstanding and beautiful property. The owners are very cordial and accommodating. Great for 4 or 5 couples with a great deck and pool for outside entertaining. Second time we have used this property and can't wait for the third.

Best House and Hostess in all of Kentucky
Six of us age 50 to 63 from a local Bourbon club came up for a race at Keenland followed by a Bourbon Trail tour the next day. The house is close to Keenland and a good kicking off spot for many of the local distilleries. It is roomy, well appointed and clean. We took advantage of the fire pit both nights to enjoy a bonfire and some comradery. Shannon went above and beyond the entire time we were there. She checked in with us numerous times to make sure all was OK and we didn't need anything. She gave us lots of good local advice and even found us a great driver for the day we toured the distilleries so we could all enjoy the tours a lot more. She has a great personality and is a lot of fun to work with. We will be back, but we will schedule our next trip around when this house is available. Stay here. You won't regret it.

Can't we give more than 5 Stars??
Just returned from 7 days at the property and cannot say enough about how wonderful it was! From the day of arrival and changing plans for arrival times, to the in-person visit and tour of the home from Shannon, to the lovely welcome basket, the guidance about traffic and police presence in the evenings on highways, the tour of the farm - not to mention how well appointed the home is! Even complete with an evening visitor named Ricky Bobby we all came to love and adore (a sweet kitty). The location was perfect for us as well - lots of history, natural beauty, shopping and great restaurants nearby. If I could click my heels and be back there right now - I surely would! Thank you, Shannon and Jamie, for treating us like family.

Great biking location!
Group of friends found this to be a wonderful location for 3 full days of biking beautiful roads, taking a Bourbon Trail Tour, going to the track and enjoying the area. Good house for groups, and perfect for families/kids. Host Shannon is very friendly, helpful and quick to respond. Enjoyed the week!

Perfect relaxing getaway!
Shannon was an amazing host! She made sure we had everything we needed and included a fun welcome basket! The house was clean and had plenty of space with the most cozy and comfortable beds! Wonderful property and property owners. The house was perfect, clean, and had plenty of room for a large group. The pool water was pristine well maintained. Shannon was an amazing host and made sure she was available in case we needed anything. We rented the property for a Bachelorette party and every single person, especially the bride, were so impressed with the property and with Shannon as a host. Annual Girl Trip
My group of girlfriends (9 of us) stayed at Shannon’s house for a 3 day weekend trip. We’ve been traveling together for over 20 years and have stayed in different cities. Shannon is a top notch host and made us feel so comfortable in her home. She was available to be contacted at anytime and provided lots of information about local establishments. The house was extremely clean, the beds were very comfy and the pool was beautiful. I would highly recommend this house to anyone traveling to the Lexington area!

The wedding stay
This property was ideal for our family. We were in Versailles for my grandson’s wedding at the Kentucky Castle. The groom and best man stayed with us. The outdoor pool allowed for the groom and his friends to gather in the evenings. My younger grandchildren enjoyed the pool by day. The country charm of the home suited our family very well. The owner was so kind and responsive. We enjoyed her horse in the back paddock and all her lovely flowers and plants. We would recommend this property to anyone without hesitation.

We had a wonderful stay! Shannon was very responsive and very attentive to detail. The house is very clean and well maintained. Plenty of room for 10 people with excellent outdoor seating. Sadly the weather wasn’t in our favor to enjoy the deck, pool and fire pit. We would recommend and would stay again.

Perfect home
This was the best VRBO home I have stayed in. My group loved not only the home but the hospitality shown to us by the owners. We had a guys trip for the LSU game, Kenneland and bourbon trail and this was the perfect location. On a working horse farm with horses 20 yard from the front porch was a great place to start your day. Plenty of back yard room and a pool to cook out by and enjoy the night. Versailles is a great town and this is a find!

It is a lovely rental. Lots of room. The kids loved seeing the horses right In the backyard!! Only negative is the pool area is very slippery. We had a great time!

Raven Fox Farm was Wonderful!
Wow! We had the most amazing stay at Raven Fox Farm! The house was perfect. Every room had amazing decor, was spotless clean, and very comfortable. All the bedrooms were roomy and decorated perfectly to make you feel at home. I cannot say enough amazing things about Shannon and Jamie, the property owners. You can tell Shannon is truly passionate about making guests feel welcome and knows how to add touches that go a long way. The outdoor area and pool were perfect for our stay! The scenery was gorgeous and even had a horse in the field behind the house. I miss staying there already!

Relaxing Ladies Weekend
We stayed here for a quick girls trip out of town from Ohio. Shannon greeted us upon arrival and showed us around the property and introduced us to the thoroughbred Honor and Justice. She even put together a gift basket of local goodies and snacks! We enjoyed the house, pool and exploring downtown Lexington (20 mins away). The house is well-stocked and maintained by the owner. The bedrooms are tasteful and very comfortable. The house is very comfortable, spacious and clean. We loved it for our low key trip to just spend time together! It would be a great place for families, girls trips, bourbon trail, and of course the horse racing. Thank you Shannon for your hospitality and responsiveness to anything we needed. We loved it!

Getaway with husband, kids and spouses
This house was PERFECT for our stay. We were with 8 adults/4 couples. Each couple had the privacy to their own bedroom. The pool was perfect for our stay. The home was fully equipped without all kitchen equipment so the wait down to shampoo, toiletries and pool towels. We will definitely go back and highly recommend this property. Very picturesque country/horse ranch setting.

Shannon’s property was the perfect space for a relaxing, sunny pool day. The property is beautiful and the house is stocked with everything you could think of to have fun in the sun. This property worked very well for a bourbon trail and golf trip for 8 guys. The pool was beautiful and at the perfect temperature. The house was stocked with plenty of bath and pool towels. Beds were extremely comfortable. Communication with owner easy. Highly recommend property.

Just what we needed
We were looking for a getaway that was close by , with a pool and plenty of fresh air and sunshine and this was perfect. Shannon was a wonderful host. She met us there for a walk through and was always just a text away when we had questions. The house was spacious and clean. We loved the extra touches like a “snack gift basket” including moscato, cheeses, crackers, popcorn, goldfish. There was a dish full of Werthers candies in the living room. The Wii U and the PacMan video game We’re big hits as was the corn hole set up outside. I spent time reading and napping on the daybed swing out back. The entire family spent most of our day in the pool which was just what we were hoping for!! The grill was perfect for deck dinners. We enjoyed s’mores over the fire pit. Clean. Just as listed. We even got to enjoy watching the horse and donkeys in the back field AND the barn cat became a friend to our girls. The beds were all amazingly comfortable. Very convenient to a Kroger Marketplace and the Bluegrass Parkway although you can hear the cars and trucks from that but we live in town LEX so it wasn’t an issue for us. We will definitely be back! Great experience and the perfect set up for a family with 6 people. Thanks again Shannon!!

Best vacation!
We just got home and we were all sad to leave! My husband, kids (ages 13, 9, and 7), and I all loved it. The place was clean, comfortable, and the pool was AWESOME! The pool was super clean and just the right temp to get some relief from the heat but not be cold. The beds were so comfy, the TVs are set up with things like Netflix, and you have a horse as a neighbor! We live in Chicago and KY is one of the few states we can travel to right now without a 14 day quarantine upon returning so we were so glad to find such a great place!! There are plenty of stores close by but you still feel like you’re so secluded. Overall this was such an amazing trip and we would highly recommend staying here. Shannon and Jamie thought of all the details, right down to fuzzy blankets for sitting on the couch after a nice swim, to a nice collection of books for all ages.

Perfect family getaway
My husband and I rented this for our adult kids and their kids. Our beach vacation was cancelled due to Covid-19. We couldn't have had a better stay. The pool was lovely and big. The property was beautiful, lovely flowers everywhere and a gorgeous horse to watch run in the fields. The house was perfect. We had ten people and plenty of room. The bedrooms were so pretty and the beds were great. Linens and towels were provided, and Shannon even left a gift basket of crackers, cheeses, cookies, and wine. Shannon and Jamie were great. They met us at the property when we arrived and showed us all around. You can't go wrong with this one. I highly recommend and plan to go back.

Shannon was a great host, meeting our party to acquaint us with the house and property. And, the gift basket was tremendous! The pool was very nice and a great size for the age spread of our family. There were many pool floats, three tables and numerous chairs, and a horse nearby for the youngsters to enjoy. The house was spacious, the cool a/c on the second floor was appreciated, the beds are comfortable, there were many towels, and as a bonus, the game room was a hit with all the kids. Overall, a great place to enjoy the pool and relax with family.

I had never used VRBO so had been slightly nervous for my first booking. The property manager Shannon was beyond incredible, super sweet and polite. My whole family and friends kept mentioning how awesome she is and how amazing the place is. We celebrated my wife’s birthday party as a surprise and Shannon was so accommodating and just words can’t describe how happy we all were. I will definitely book her property again we had discussed the next birthday going to the same spot beautiful, clean and overall mind blowing. Thank you Shannon for truly making my wife’s surprise BIG 30 birthday extra memorable and we all absolutely loved every second of it!!!!

She and Jamie went out of their way to help us find places to see and even invited us to the horse breeding g stables they managed, which was amazing and educational for adults and children alike. This property was great and very roomy. We had a fantastic time and will definitely be back. The only suggestion would be to put TVs in the bedrooms so the adults do not have to watch kid flicks the entire stay. Other than that it’s perfect and the owner was a sweetheart.
