The home sleeps up to 10 with a king bedroom, queen bedroom, bunk room with two twin-over-twin bunk beds, and a game room with a twin bed and twin trundle.

Inside, you'll find beautiful wood floors and ceilings, exposed beams and the warm character of a true Virginia mountain home. The spacious kitchen features a large island that's perfect for cooking and gathering, while the comfortable living room and stone fireplace provide a cozy place to relax.

One of our favorite spaces is the game room with ping-pong and foosball—a great hangout for kids, teens and adults.

Outside is where this property really shines. Enjoy your morning coffee from a rocking chair on the expansive covered porch, listen to the creek, relax among the trees or spend the evening gathered around the outdoor fire pit.

The location makes the home especially convenient for VMI and Washington & Lee families, including football weekends, Parents & Family Weekends, graduations, reunions, college visits and athletic events.

There's plenty to explore beyond the universities, too.
