I found it noisy the first evening and over all appeared a bit unkept. Staff friendly. Many outlets in the room did not work. Missing light bulbs. And refrigerator froze all purchased food items. I requested a credit for the food items ruined however was told not able to as I booked thru 3rd party.

I booked on lined for the current night, not realizing that I did not double check the date, and was booked for the next night, not the current night, when I checked in the girl at the counter was so kind and helpful, I can't begin to tell you how nice she was. We had been traveling all day, and she could have turned us away, but she went the extra mile to correct my mistake. I wish that more people had her work ethic, I would gladly recommend this hotel.

I have an emotional support dog and the check in person was so rude and said she didn’t count and I have a letter from my doctor. They put me in a room about haft a mile away and I’m disabled. There was a dead spider in the bathroom and a stain that looked like blood.

Shirley, I am sorry to hear you were unhappy with your stay. When we spoke to you, we did offer to change your rooms due to the housekeeping issues, but you did not want to move. We were sold out during the time you stayed with us so room selection was limited I am very sorry for this. I would also like to mention our policy does state that we charge a 25 pet fee unless this is a service dog, although your pet was not a service animal we did waiver this fee for you.We are sorry that although we tried to rectify these issues for you we where unable to meet your satisfaction.

The hotel had a cheerful atmosphere where the staff was helpful. The building was clean both inside and the surrounding grounds. We would stay here again.

This was a hodgepodge property turned in to a quality inn. It was not clean, not comfortable, not functional. The complementary breakfast was bare minimum. It is ridiculous that I paid $400 for two nights at a place this mediocre

Nice staff. We stayed on the 3rd floor. Room was clean but worn and out dated. In room coffee was not the best. Breakfast was so so. Bed was very comfortable.

My room had a foul smell, I could not sleep well the first night, I reported it at the front desk, later when I went back the room smelled better, but my luggage was missing, I went again to the front desk, and they had my luggage there and told me that they took it out because the chemicals they sprayed in the room, I ask if it was safe for me to be there, they assured me that is was O.K. In the room, while I was working on my computer a STINK BUG fell on. I did not smash it because of the smell it produces, I think the smell the day before was due to the STINK BUGS, at this point when I flushed it the toilet started to overflow, I was not the only guess that had problems with the toilet. any way it was not a very good experience, and I sincerely hope that I can have a partial refund. Thank you

Most important to me, it was quiet and had a comfortable bed and pillows. Small things were annoying: no instructions or channel list for very small tv; refrigerator had no freezer compartment, but it froze some of my drinks, no microwave; old makeup smear on the edge of the sink. Because I stayed 2 days, I was put in the “extended stay” wing separate from the main hotel so I had to go outside and across the parking lot for breakfast and to get my keys reprogrammed twice. Outlets were not conveniently located and some didn’t work.

Judith, I am sorry to hear of the issues you had with your stay with us. We do not have any microwaves in the rooms we do provide one in the breakfast area. Quality does not have an extended stay wing, I'm sorry. All rooms have access to the lobby from the inside. We did have issues with our kep programmer this past week I am so sorry for this, we hope you give us another try so we can make things right

The room was clean, and roomy. Beds were very comfortable. Continental breakfast was well managed though mostly grab and go type items. Personal made the waffles which did ensure neatness and proper cooking--good idea! Only negative was the hallways were frigid!

Property was run down and room was not clean. Carpet in the room had stains on it and was frayed. Bathroom was dirty as well. Turned back the bed and there was crusty food stuck to the sheets. Called the front desk and they put us on hold for 5 minutes, hung up and called again no answer. Went down stairs to the desk only to find the desk clerk was in a private phone call that she continued while helping us. Looked to go to another hotel but couldn’t find one with a vacancy at that time of night. Never again will I stay in a cheaper hotel.

The rooms were not properly cleaned. The hotel had a very polished turd feel. The pillows smelled funny, there was hairs on the bathroom floor, the wall ac/heater was not effective and remained on and dry and stinky or freezing cold and off. For the price this place was decent as we were passing through but it doesn’t live up to its reviews.
