Burn marks in carpet and tub! No security lock on door! Old beds old blankets! Busted outlets! Carpet coming up!

We arrived after midnight coming in from Georgia and the attendant was very helpful and the location was easy tto find.The only complaint I had was the Wi-Fi connection didn't work at all.

No Vacancy

I called the receptionist earlier in the day and asked if it would be alright if I checked in around 10PM, they said that would be fine. I was at the Lexington Comic Con and made it to the final round of the DC Deck Builder tournament, so It was around 10:30PM before I was going to check in. When I arrived, I was told that they had no vacancy. I had to go back out in the rain to get my itinerary and reservation numbers, but once they looked them up, they said my reservation was cancelled. They could not explain what happened but told me I had to go somewhere else. I did not receive a notification about whether I will receive a refund or not. It was a real bummer having to find another room, because the one next door cost more than twice as much.

The worst hotel iv stayed at. It's right beside a gentleman club so just think about what it's used for. We were given a room key and upon entering the room we realized it was already occupied, that didn't make us feel to safe. Room was falling apart. Smelled bad. The lady working the desk was a sweet heart but thinks the owner of the hotel needs to put a hole lot of money into it to fix it but said he was to cheep.

The first room we was in the heat didn't work the toilet wouldn't flush and tried to call front desk and phone didn't work. Walked down to front desk and they gave us another room. As we was unlocking the door another coulpe pulled up and said they just rented that room. We went in and beer bottle cap was in the floor the shower was dirty and the beds where like laying on concrete (hard)
