Staff was friendly, breakfast was delicious, tons of amenities like pool, sauna, hot tub, fitness room, games, and close to lots of restaurants and the highway. We came from Cleveland to visit Kentucky Horse Park; we stayed 2 nights and would definitely stay here again!
The staff was rude the heat didn’t workin our room called the desk and basically said to bad. Hotel is run down. The breakfast was not eatable.

Very disappointing! We’ve stayed there before, and came back because of the restaurant, its convenience & great menu. Management made a bad decision to stop serving food. We will not stay there again.

They had nice amenities like pool, sauna & hot tub areas. Along with basketball court & arcade games. The free breakfast was okay, nothing special. However, the overall cleanliness of the facility was lacking. Trash and towels were left outside of hotel room doors so the hallways constantly looked dirty. Staff was super helpful whenever I needed to ask anything. Just thought the facility was updated more online than the section we appeared to stay in.

One and done. Never again. Unfortunately the bad reviews are mostly accurate. Key cards stopped working daily. Rooms are dingy and smell as if there could be mold in the walls. Service is bare minimum, not impressive. Too many folks that stay here have absolutely no regard for anyone else. Kids running around all night screaming at the top of their lungs and slamming doors. Coming from the pool soaking wet and transferring it to the floors/carpet in the common areas. Can't enjoy any of the amenities because they are dominated by uncontrolled/unsupervised feral little animals masquerading as kids. Absolutely no rest to be had here. I regret bringing my family here. It's a shame, it looks to be a place that was special, a long time ago.

Hotel room was great and the bed was one of the best
The thermostat would only keep the room at 66 unless we turned it up to 80
The key card door didn’t work all weekend so we had to go into the upper door
There was a guy that stood outside by the door and I’m guessing he was on some kind of drugs

Everything was very nice except for the temperature in the room. I checked in late and found the thermostat in the room set at 60 degrees. I reset the thermostat to 72 degrees. After 2 hours the temperature had risen 2 degrees. I slept with pillows on top of me for warmth. The temperature increased 1 degree per hour. By the time I checked out it had finally reached 69 degrees. I was COLD the entire night.

This property has bed bugs. I read reviews and this property has a history of bed bugs. The front desk worker didn’t seem at surprised when I told her. The whole place has an old musty smell.

The staff was friendly, and the room was clean. The beds were comfortable. However, the shower only had warm water, not hot and we had trouble entering into the center door, leaving me out in the cold with my dog until my partner went back to the desk to get our keys checked only to find out that it was the keypad. Other guests were partying in the hallway into the wee hours. There was security on site, not sure why they didn't address it.
