I felt so welcomed during my entire stay, from checking in to check in out and every breakfast in between, which were great and delicious by the way. A great place to spend a few days away in nature, but a close drive to many historic locations and natural attractions in the area. "This was an overnight stop on a long trip. We arrived on Sunday, early evening and most of the local restaurants (we found an open one) and local shops were closed. The Inn had an issue with TV service (I understand cable was out for most of the day and also in the morning). The Inn was clean and quiet. Breakfast was on par with other places we have stayed at. For the price, great place to stay and rest."

"Decent place for a quick night. Felt safe for traveling alone. Rooms were very clean however even though it says no smoking I could very clearly smell like the room had been smoked in before and it agitated my breathing as I am super sensitive to that. Staff was great, amenities are great. I did notice at breakfast some people had dirty boots that left dirt on the floor in the dining area, no biggie, except after everyone left staff was just standing around and could have just swept up the insane amount of dirt off the floor in the room and in the elevators. Looked like dirty boots are a thing as there was a boot cleaner just outside the entrance of the facility too. Again not a big deal, but if you have time to stand around and chat you can quickly take a broom to the floor to get the chunks of dirt picked up."

"The hosts, Janet and Brian were very friendly and had good recommendations for restaurants and things to do and see. The carriage house was very clean and cozy with terrific views. Jasper, the resident horse, seemed to like attention and petting. Would definitely stay there again."
