The Inn met what we needed. Very close to WSU and downtown. It is an older building. Breakfast/dinner menu options were limited.

Two horrible things. One is that there was something broken in with the water and my family had to take two freezing cold showers. The hotel finally sent somebody to fix it, but offered no compensation back for such a miserable stay. Also, the walls are very thin, and we heard the kids screaming in the room next to us quite loudly.

Really great place. Perfect for a group- we used the bar and the lobby space to be with our friends. Room was nice, but mattresses were not so great.

You could hear the people in the lobby. Their conversations echoed down the hall and to our room. Pipes were knocking through the walls. The room was outdated and dark.

Nice & quiet since it is next to the cemetery, however plan on buying breakfast somewhere else. Their “continental breakfast” is a frozen sandwich in the freezer & bagels with peanut butter.

Hi Jamie,I am sorry we did not live up to your expectations. Our breakfast does include other items, breakfast cereals, fresh fruit, yogurts, and our very popular waffles. Perhaps try one of these other items on your next visit.

Great place for a quick trip with the family. Only downside was the breakfast. All they had was waffles for a choice as their shipment didn’t come in but not their fault! Did smell like smoke a bit in the halls/front area but room was good.

Clean & looked newly updated. Had an excellent car charger available. But we cut our trip short because the beds were so hard, the toilet wasn’t fully attached to the ground, and the shower floor creaked anytime you slightly shifted your weight.

I really liked this hotel. My only complaint would be that they don't have recycling containers. Otherwise, very clean hotel and very helpful and courteous staff. Beds are comfortable and the bathroom is spacious.

Did n't like that dogs were allowed, sometimes this is fine but the staff isn't able to do anything if owners dogs are loud (barking all day in the room next to you or in the lobby) or barking at you as you go to and from breakfast

We really enjoyed our stay here with one exception. The beds are hard. It was like sleeping on plywood. We were never truly able to get comfortable or sleep well. Other than that, location is great, staff was amazing.

I had booked this property for a work trip. During my stay here my wife and I experienced multiple detractors ranging from the beds not being made, to the pool and hot tub being out of service (granted we stayed here for these amenities) on top of that the day that I was leaving for a meeting 45 min away. I got a call from the front desk telling me that my wife would be stuck at a hotel without running water for anywhere from 3-4 hours. I brought this up to the managnent and he seemed not surpirsed nor did he seem to see any issues with the lack of water we were finally moved to a different wing of the hotel that would still have water. This would actuslly end up being what i had actually booked and had paid more money for the "city view king suite" its listed as its highest end room mind you this comes with damaged and outdated furniture and a 20 inch tv again my wife was supposed to have certain amenities to help her pass the time while I was at work. We travel alot both for work and pleasure and thisnis hands down one of the worst, least accommodating places we have stayed i reached out to expedia about my concerns and they in turn emailed the manager who then had multiple opportunities to talk with me about the concerns he ignored them and to this day still has not responded to expedia. We made sure to document everything i personally would think twice before booking here.

Brian,I am sorry your stay was not what you expected. Our pool and spa closure is clearly stated on Exepdia's web site. Your original booking for the first night was for a King non-view, and you requested to stay in the same room for the duration of your stay. I have been in touch with Expedia and have refunded your fist night's stay for the inconvenience of having to move due to the water issue. Again I am sorry for the confusion and that we fell short of your expectations.
