Located in Lewes, this new construction, luxury townhome is a dream. With 4 bedrooms including 2 king beds and 2 queen beds, guests will have plenty of space to relax. 3 bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers and showers, along with a 1/2 bath on the first floor for added convenience. This marvelous property also features speakers throughout 1st floor with bluetooth, tuner and CD player and on the 2nd floor a rec room with a pool table for fun times with friends or family. Also includes EV car charger in the garage and walking/biking distance to town and beaches - near bike and walking paths. Conveniently located on the east side of route 1 avoiding route 1 traffic. Great location! Lewis Waterfront Preserve. ** This townhome is available for a minimum rental of 1 week (7 nights) It is also available for month-month and summer seasonal rental. Lovely place, super friendly owner and great beach town!

Michelle, the owner, was fantastic. Great communication, easy check-in process and the home was as advertised. Walking to town is about 1-1.5 miles and the beach closer to 2 miles. We rented bikes and our teenage boys loved it as there were tons of places to ride! Also taking a car to the beach is easy as there are dozens of different parking lots in a variety of spots. Lewes Beach was a pleasant surprise for us as we love our NC Beaches but we were here for lacrosse tournaments two weeks in a row and Lewes was a great home for the week between tournaments!
