Situated on a quiet street in the downtown district, this home features a completely renovated space. Enter onto a covered front porch which is the perfect spot for a morning cup of coffee and then enter the open living space. The bright and airy décor is so welcoming! A large gourmet kitchen is adjacent to the living and dining spaces. Down the hallway you will find a large primary bedroom with private bathroom. The remaining two bedrooms share a hall bathroom. After a day on the beach, head into town for some ice cream at Kings or a late dinner at one of the many restaurants. All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package. This property does not accept pets. Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00\. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO. The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Ie there are two great rocking chairs in addition to the swing on the front porch . the back covered porch had very comfortable seating for at least 4 people as well.There were beach chairs and an umbrella offered to use . toilet paper / garbage bags and paper towels were also provided . that was a great perk except I didn't know they would wouldn't have lugged chairs and misc items of my own down had I known! The only reason I didn’t give a better review was because the overall cleanliness was lacking. I understand it’s a place at the beach but everywhere you walked in the house you felt sand and the wet spot on the ceiling in the kitchen.
