Huge well decorated townhouse in 5 Points Four + bedrooms and Two Living areas.

This luxury townhouse is perfectly located inside Lewes’ most popular resort—The Villages of Five Points. The resort's town center offers restaurants, sports bars, a gourmet grocery store, coffee house, hair salons, tennis courts, bike paths and two pools.

Built in 2005, this exclusive, elegant, and spacious home has every accommodation one needs for a luxurious beach get-away and is just a two and a half hour drive from the Nation's Capital.

Beautifully decorated with high-quality furniture, modern kitchen, spacious bedrooms and bathroom, great attention to detail and quality in design and decoration.

This four + bedroom beach house features: two large bedrooms on the second floor with queen-size beds, a separate bathroom and a large living room. An additional large bedroom hosts 4 double beds with a separate bathroom.

The spacious master suite has 11' ceilings, large windows. The en suite private bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub, separate double shower, and a large double vanity. This room has a king bed and a separate office area with a full bed. The office area is perfect for working while on vacation, very quite!!

This levels has separate air conditioning control zones, making your stay as comfortable as you’d like.

All floors have lots of light and a large closets.

A half bath is available on the main level. A full bathroom is shared by all bedrooms on the second floor. The large back bedroom has its own bathroom.

The fully furnished kitchen includes refrigerator/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, disposal, blender, coffee maker,( Keurig and traditional) pots, pans, several sets of glasses, a complete set of china, cooking utensils and flatware.- Blender , mixer, rice steamer.

We have a two car garage available to store your bikes and beach gear. Lots of off street parking.

The Resort of the Villages of Five Points offers tennis courts, a pool, restaurants and grocery store within walking distance. The house is about a five minute drive to the beach at Henlopen State Park, where parking is available.

Nice quiet corner unit

nice corner property, lots of room, 3 floors,very quiet , nice neighborhood and close to alot of activitys. my only complaint and this is for mostly all the places i rent no tvs in bedrooms , I had a tablet that i used but i really like a tv in my room.

Large condo

we booked this condo to visit family that also has a place in this village. The condo was huge!! plenty of room for 6 adults, 2 toddlers and an infant. The kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfy, 3 full baths so eaxh family had there own space. We didnt use any of the amenities due to the weather so no comment on that. They are replacing the roofs so be mindful of nails and staples but that is not the owners fault. we picked up all the ones we saw no one got a flat. Had a great weekend with the family.

Great location, too many issues

Beautiful condo in a fantastic location. However, I rented for 3 weeks and had multiple issues with no hot water, missing linens, and cleanliness upon arrival. We worked very hard to make sure the home looked better than when we arrived, but got blamed for some damages that we were there when we started our vacation. It’s unfortunate, as I would have loved to have stayed there again next summer.

We checked in at 10pm and there were not linens as stated in the listing. At first the host, stated the house did not come with linens. So I snapshot the listing and her response to me was that "it was an error". She also said she couldn't do anything that we could all leave and she would refund us our money. Blinds broken, ceiling in living area was all spackled, fan didnt work, sofa covers dirty, noisy area.

Spacious but lacking

We enjoyed our stay for the most part. Location is great for pool access, beach, downtown Lewes and shopping. Large property and ability to host big family/groups/teams however the cookware to do so was lacking. Not stocked well at all in terms of pots/pans/baking utensils. The property was not very thoroughly cleaned in terms of the floors/carpets when we arrived. I wiped the floor and it was black. The couch covers were full of stains as was the rug in the tv area. Pantry was full of stuff (dirty laundry, snacks, drapes/curtains) leaving not much room for guest items. Would suggest hanging curtains. It helps with the AM sun, esp with young kids staying there. Owner stated a few times that she is unable to check the house before a new guests arrive. I would highly suggest changing that process.

Great location for Lewes

Perfect location with lots of space. More than enough bedrooms to spread out. Close to restaurants, groceries, and pharmacy. Easy access from Route 1. Loads of parking . Will book again.

Convenient location for tournament weekend stay

Very easy location for a few players and their parents. House is great set-up for kids to have their own space to hang out and sleep while the adults can “adult”.

Great Location, Beautiful House

The house was perfect, we are a family of 5 (Me, husband, toddler, my adult sister and my elderly Mom). We had so much space, the two living rooms with TV's worked out perfectly for us. Plenty of linens, towels and kitchen supplies. The kitchen is huge and we loved eating breakfast and lunch there every day. The house is in walking distance to the pool (although we used our car to drive there) and it's in walking distance to Fish On, a great restaurant with awesome food. Five Points is a cute village, nice green space with a playground and beautiful walking area. It's also very centrally located to the beach and shopping. We loved our stay in Lewes and definitely plan on returning. Eileen was awesome to work with!

Larger than it appears!

We enjoyed our stay and found the space inside to be well appointed and larger than it appears in the photos. Great location and very comfortable for kids and adults alike.
