The location was within walking distance of downtown Lewes and Cape Henlopen State Park. Two bikes were included in the reservation. The location was also very quiet and peaceful. It was very clean, well equipped and well located. Enjoyed the coffee bar! Walking distance to restaurants and to the quaint older part of Lewes. Also miles of beaches in the area! Only thing to be aware of is when arriving the unit is not very impressive from the outside as it looks isolated and somewhat out of place compared to the other side of the highway. I was looking for a place to stay that was walkable to downtown Lewes while I was in town for my sister's graduation. This place hit every mark. The space was extremely clean and well kept, you could tell everything was very new. Overall it was very quiet and peaceful. There was one night when I heard a lot of noise (men talking very loudly) through the door to the common/laundry space but it didn't last long.
