Each Thursday evening from 3-5 we have a several vendors setup at the pool parking lot.

Additional Fees:
The following Fees will be listed under host fees
- Damage Protection $59 for total stay
~1 Dog is permitted $25 daily.
- Lost pool bracelets $50 each

You will have exclusive full-access to the entire home and property, private backyard and large front deck. * Exception: 3 closets in the house and 2 outdoor sheds remain locked.

Free on-site parking and all amenities are within walking distance.

Upon arrival a tenant document MUST be filled in per HOA rules.

There are 3 security cameras for your safety. 1 pointing at the driveway, the side door and the lean-to shed where all the equipment is located.

NO STREET PARKING (they fine folks for this) Park in Driveway only please. 4 Cars maximum.
