This very nicely furnished condo is located on the 2nd floor in the amenity-rich community of Five Points. Please note there is no elevator for access to 2nd floor. This cozy rental offers an open living and dining area, an updated fully-stocked kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and washer and dryer. The Villages of Five Points offers two community pools, tennis courts, a walking path, playground and is steps away from a pharmacy, grocery store, restaurants and shops. It is conveniently located East of Route 1 and is just minutes to the Historic Town of Lewes and Lewes Beach.

Please do not opt for Damage Protection or Traveler's Insurance as these will be offered through the property manager directly. All Credit Card transactions through property manager are subject to a 3% Convenience Fee. ACH is also available for no additional fee.
