The home was clean, large, spacious and ideal for our large family. We were three families - my sister with her husband and three kids, my parents and my family, husband and two kids. All the kids slept comfortably upstairs and the downstairs (lower floor) was perfect for the grandparents. The walk to the amenities was a little far with children so we drove, but it was not a problem or an inconvenience at all. Lewes Beach was perfect and calm for the kids and a 15 min drive (all depending on traffic). If your debating about this home, don’t. It’s truly perfect. ##### Antonella M. Five bedrooms plus the bonus office/ bedroom gave our family plenty of room to spread out. Living spaces on each floor (who knew there would be such a large rec space on the lower level) gave each of the three families room to breathe. The kitchen is spacious and well stocked with cooking equipment. The covered porch, patio, and grill were lovely. We had a small issue with the hot water heater during our stay.
