Inside, enjoy soaring ceilings, abundant natural light from oversized windows, and thoughtfully placed ceiling lights that create a bright and inviting atmosphere. The home features four spacious bedrooms and three and a half elegant bathrooms, including two King beds and three Queen beds—ideal for families or groups. The house is adorned with original artwork by local artists, adding a unique touch of coastal culture to the stylish decor. Crisp shiplap walls and brand-new designer furniture give the space a fresh, contemporary beach feel. You'll love the chef-inspired kitchen with numerous kitchen countertop appliances and spa-like bathrooms, all finished with high-end materials and modern fixtures. Five smart TVs throughout the home ensure everyone can enjoy their favorite shows, and each bedroom is equipped with Bluetooth-enabled stereo clock radios, allowing you to wake up to your favorite playlist or podcast. All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package. Dog friendly with non refundable fee and signed addendum (1 dog only unless pre-approved from owner). If dog will be on furniture please use a cover. Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00\.
