Nestled in a prime location, this classic cottage seamlessly blends timeless charm with modern amenities, making it the perfect destination for your next beach getaway. Step inside and be greeted by a fully renovated interior, featuring brand new kitchen and bathroom furnishings that exude elegance and comfort. The open-concept living area boasts ample natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for you and your guests to unwind in. With six spacious bedrooms, this cottage can comfortably accommodate up to 14 guests, making it ideal for large families or groups of friends traveling together. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated, ensuring a restful night's sleep for all. The fully equipped, modern kitchen is a chef's dream, complete with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the necessary cookware and utensils. Located across the dune from Lewes Beach, this vacation rental offers the ideal balance of relaxation and adventure. All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package. This property does not accept pets. Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00\. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO. The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.
