The adjacent dining area provides a table and chairs for enjoying meals together, while the well-appointed kitchen boasts modern appliances and all the necessary cookware and utensils for preparing delicious home-cooked meals. The home features three cozy bedrooms, each designed to ensure a restful night's sleep. The master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable queen-size bed, while the remaining two bedrooms offer flexible bedding configurations, ideal for accommodating families or groups of friends. In total, this lovely home can comfortably sleep up to six guests. Angola by the Bay also has tennis courts, a crabbing dock and a clubhouse. Located just West of Route 1, this community is an easy drive to Rehoboth or Lewes Beaches. All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package. Dog Friendly with non-refundable fee and signed addendum (1 dog allowed unless previous approval from owner) Ask your agent for details Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00\. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO. The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments.
