And now Dog Friendly! Welcome to your new vacation home at the Delaware Beaches! Lovely 4-bedroom Cape Cod, with 3 full baths and 2 half baths, with in-ground, private swimming pool, large screened porch, hardscape patio with fire-pit, climate controlled game room with pool table, air hockey, and ping pong, outdoor horseshoe pits and more… There are plenty of activities to keep the whole family busy, or you can relax on the porch, lounge pool-side, and gather around the fire pit in the evenings. This house also has a 1st floor primary suite, access to the second floor bedroom through the game room, family room and living room, a large dining room table in the dining area, and beds to comfortably sleep up to 12 people! Fully stocked kitchen, outdoor shower for convenience, gas grill, extra games like Frisbee Slam Dunk and Corn Hole are provided, and there is even a cooler for your drinks! Located just minutes from Lewes Beach, Rehoboth Beach, Cape Henlopen State Park, restaurants, shopping, movies, go-carts, water slides, bowling, mini golf and more! This is the perfect summer get-away home for a family vacation! All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package. Dog friendly (one up to a max of 90 pounds) with a non-refundable fee and signed addendum. Friday to Friday Rental Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00\. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO. The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age. Reviewer Comments: I may be biased, but this is a great house. My grandparents actually built this house in the 90s as their retirement home and somehow fit 14 people in it. This was the first time my family stayed in the house again in about 12 years. It was amazing to see the changes the current owners made and the things they kept that mattered to us. The current owner obviously cares for the property and we were so excited and privileged to be able to stay here again and add to our amazing memories. We loved this place! It was a bit but you get a lot … private pool, hot tub and game room were awesome. It is nestled in a quiet pretty development. Teens were entertained by pool table, ping pong and Horseshoe pit outside. There was a fire pit for s’mores. There was enough to do in a short stay. State park, beach, downtown all within minutes of the rental. My only complaints were minor. Sheets and towels (extra tp) aren’t supplied…which was a hassle. Locks were tricky and I wasn’t a fan of the Roku/remotes (we bought an Apple TV for our stay) None of those things were a big deal. I would definitely stay again. ##### Jessica P.
