For your convenience, there is also an in-unit washer and dryer, a Smart TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Step outside to enjoy a private balcony or patio. As a guest in the Villages of Five Points, you'll have access to fantastic community amenities, including a refreshing swimming pool and well-maintained tennis courts. Two parking spaces are also available for your ease. Owner has beach chairs and umbrellas too! The Villages of Five Points offers a vibrant community and a convenient location. You'll be near a variety of shopping, dining, and entertainment options. The beach and boardwalk are just a short drive away, perfect for enjoying the sun and sea. With easy access to major roadways, exploring the surrounding area is a breeze. Oodles of shopping opportunities with easy access to the Tanger Outlets, downtown Lewes shops or the Rehoboth Avenue boutiques. Pets are not permitted at this property Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00\.
