This lovely end unit condominium on the pond in Plantations East is bright and airy with great views! Enter on the ground level and take the stairs or the elevator to the second floor. The great room with living and dining areas are located just off of the large wraparound porch overlooking the pond. Three bedrooms, all on this level will sleep eight. The primary bedroom with King bed and private bathroom has direct access to the enclosed porch. The additional two bedrooms, one with a Queen bed and the other with two Double beds share a full hall bathroom. Take a stroll around the pond after a day of fun on the beach. Close to Route 1, this property has easy access to Rehoboth and Lewes beaches, shopping, dining and numerous bike trails. All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package. This property is NOT pet friendly Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00\. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO. The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online. VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as Owner on VRBO. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked you will be contacted by the management company and sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed. Check-in and checkout were both quick and easy. The location was a few minutes off Route 1 in a quiet and friendly gated neighborhood but still close to everything. It was nice taking morning and evening walks. The ponds were relaxing. The house was clean and comfortable. If you have small children I recommend bringing a baby gate. Otherwise the house was perfect and the elevator was convenient. The condo was well decorated and comfortable for the six adults in our family. The resort amenities left a lot to be desired however. The community pool was $20 per day per person which is way too high, especially since it was very mediocre. If I had known this, I probably wouldn’t have booked the property since my husband doesn’t like to go into the ocean and really wanted to use the pool regularly. The gym was much more reasonable at $25 for a three member family but the equipment was very old and it was very hot in there. That being said, if you don’t need to use the gym or the pool then I would highly recommend it. ##### cynthia b.
