This is a self-contained house. We can host 6 guests in this apartment. We will provide bedding for the reservation. ▪️3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms ▪️2 Queen beds + 1 Double bed ▪️1 Living room with a sofa and a 65-inch smart TV ▪️1 full-size kitchen including a fridge, cooktop, oven, air-fryer, microwave, and dishwasher ▪️Air-conditioning is available in the living room and the main bedroom ▪️There are a few steps at the entrance of the apartment. ▪️CCTV is installed at the property facing the main entrance Front yard driveway \*Suitable for two cars. The driveway can accommodate one car under the carport and another on the uncovered section. There is also plenty of 24-hour free street parking available nearby. Highchair and Portable Cot on Request A highchair and one portable cot are available for our little guests upon request. The cot comes with a soft base only, no additional mattress, linens, or bedding are provided. Please note that availability is limited and cannot be guaranteed. This house would be a perfect choice for families and friends to have a holiday or short break in Leura. • We kindly request that you respect our property and leave it in a clean condition upon your departure. Please do not move any furniture, and report any damages that occur during your stay. • Please note: another separately rented unit is located in the same building, but each has its own entrance and is completely private. • Please note that an additional cleaning fee may apply if the room is excessively dirty or messy upon checkout. • We kindly ask that you refrain from consuming strongly scented foods, such as durian or curry, inside the room.
