Exceptional views of the sea to the east and Canigou to the west. Pleasant air-conditioned living room (sofa bed) opening onto a very well-equipped kitchen, one bedroom (1 double bed) with panoramic terrace access, and a shower room and toilet. NO AIR CONDITIONING UPSTAIRS: 1 bedroom (1 double bed), children's sleeping alcove (2 single bunk beds), 1 bathroom and toilet.
Private and secure parking in the residence.
