Cocoonr / Book&Pay agency offers this 40 m², air-conditioned, east-facing maisonette for rent in Port Leucate, just ten minutes by feet from the harbour and beach, which can accommodate up to 4 travelers. It comprises a 20 m² living room, an open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower) and a terrace. We're waiting for you!  
  
The apartment is composed as follows:  
  
First floor:  
\- 20 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area  
\- An open, fully-equipped kitchen, including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...  
  
First floor:  
\- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190), TV  
\- Bedroom 2: bunk bed (sleeps two)  
\- Shower room (with shower and WC)  
  
Exterior:  
\- A 19m² private terrace on the first floor, facing east, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.  
  
The house is ideally located in Port Leucate, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...  
  
Activities :  
\- Oyster tasting at the oyster village, about 9 min (6.3 km) by car  
\- Myster Park amusement park approx. 3 min (1.5 km) by car  
\- Grotte des Fées approx. 13 min (10.1 km) by car  
\- Cap Leucate lighthouse approx. 14 min (9.9 km) by car  
  
Transport :  
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot (1 vehicle).
